You can only return items that have been purchased directly from our website.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please follow our Returns Policy to facilitate an exchange or refund. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with our policy and may require you to cover the return shipping costs for such items. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns
You may return any new, unworn, or unused items within 30 days from the date they were dispatched to you.
For hygiene reasons, underwear is non-returnable. However, during the festive season (from November 1st to December 31st), we offer an extended return period. Any purchases made during this time can be returned until January 31st of the following year.
